The problem

You don’t know why it’s not working.

The feedback you get
Make the button blue?
Don't love the headline.
Make it pop more.
Add another CTA, just in case.
Feels a little long?
Can you just A/B test it?
Everyone tells you what they’d change. Nobody tells you what’s wrong.
The value

The market has tools for writing faster. None for telling you if it’ll work.

A expert strategist’s read on your email or landing page before it goes live. A letter grade, the real problem named, and a ranked fix list. In under two minutes, for free.

What you get instead

A grade, the real problem, and what to fix first.

Not a list of opinions. A diagnosis. You see what’s actually holding it back, you fix that, and when someone asks why it’s working, you’ve got the answer.

How it works
01
Drop in your email or page.
02
Get a grade and the real problem, in seconds.
03
Fix what matters most. Then send it.
Built and tested on this page

I ran this on my own page before I launched it.

Here’s what it caught.

Opening label
The hero leads with the product, not the reader’s headspace. Product-first copy talks past the person who’s already in the middle of the problem.
Start with the emotion. “You’ve got a draft. Not sure it’s ready.” meets them where they already are.
Cold traffic gap
No credential anchor. Warm traffic shares — and the next person who lands has no LinkedIn context and no reason to trust the diagnosis.
One sentence near the top closes the gap without a bio section. It just needs to exist.
Fold transition
The light section at the fold reads like the bottom of the page. Readers leave before they reach the proof.
A color shift signals that the page continues. The eye keeps moving.

Yes. You get 3 runs a day, no credit card, no signup. Run it, get your grade, use it.

I’m Julie Irving, 15 years in marketing and 5 years in advertising sales before that, across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, health insurance, and health tech, marketing to consumers and businesses both. I’ve spent a long time being the person trying to figure out why something wasn’t working, with no good tool to help me do it fast. So I built one. LinkedIn

You'd have to know exactly what to ask, and ask it the right way, in the right order, against the right criteria. The diagnostic framework behind JulieDx is built on years of real marketing experience, layered with principles from some of the most cited thought leaders in behavioral psychology and persuasion. That combination doesn't happen by typing "review my email" into an AI. You also get a structured output: a letter grade, the real problem named, specific actions ranked by what to fix first. Not a wall of suggestions. A diagnosis with a clear path forward.

Because I want to know who's using this. If something changes with the product, I'll let you know. I may send a survey occasionally and ask if you'll take it. If you'd rather I not email you, just tell me and I won't.

Email me at juliebirving@gmail.com with JulieDx in the subject line. Unlimited runs are free right now in exchange for occasional feedback, at minimum a short survey when I send one. If you’re open to a quick conversation about what’s working and what isn’t, even better, but it’s not required.

I don't store it, sell it, or train on it. You paste it in, you get a diagnosis, it's gone.

Honest answer: I don't know yet. It's in beta and I'm still figuring out the model. At some point it'll either go freemium or move to a paid tier. I'll tell you before anything changes.

Emails and landing pages. Positioning Dx is coming. If there's something else you want diagnosed, tell me — that's exactly the kind of feedback that shapes what gets built next.
